1) Size: 500mm*600mm (Other sizes can be customized. The largest size we can do is 1800x5100mm or 2400x4000mm cf sheet.)

2) Thickness: 4mm (We do carbon fiber sheet thickness mostly 0.2mm~50mm, other thickness sizes can be customized according to customer demand. The maximum thickness we can do is 50mm.)

3) Matrix Type: Epoxy

4) Custom Fiber Orientation: 0°/45°/90°/-45° 

We can customized do below fiber orientation:

Type A:  0°/90°

Type B:  45°/-45°

Type C:  0°/45°/90°/-45°(quasi-isotropic)

5) High tensile strength: equal to 7~10 times of cross-section rolled steel, density is 1.55g / cm ^ 3

6)Finish: Twill Semi Matte. (Available: Toray 3K Twill/Plain Weave Matte/Semi Matte/Glossy Carbon Fiber Sheet/ Plate/ Board/Panel.Only 3K Twill Matte Surface in stock. Pls email us if you want other surface. )

7)Resistance to ultra-high temperature and high resistance of fatigue in non-oxidized environment.
