Carbon fiber sandwich composite material is composed of three parts. The outer two layers are made of high-strength and high-modulus carbon fiber materials, and the middle is the sandwich material. The sandwich materials generally include aluminum honeycomb panels, PP polypropylene core honeycomb panels, Aramid fiber honeycomb core board, PVC sandwich board, PMI PVC sandwich board, etc. 

Our carbon fiber plate is manufactured with carbon fiber reinforcement in the autoclave for high-temperature and high-pressure forming, capable of giving full play to the strength and the elasticity modulus of carbon fiber, cured under heat and pressure to produce professional-quality cf sheets with a premium quality surface finish and low resin content.
